An Independent Integrated Oil Company with a refinery built from scratch, connected to oil and product pipelines (9.5 MTPA and 3.1 MTPA, respectively). Diesel quality meets Euro-5 standards with 94% processing depth achieved by 2016. By 2020, gasoline quality also complied with Euro-5 standards.
